Plot Overview
Following his success with Oppenheimer (2023), director Christopher Nolan brings Homer’s ancient Greek epic to life in a grand IMAX spectacle.
The story follows Odysseus (Matt Damon), the cunning King of Ithaca, and his grueling 10-year journey to return home after the fall of Troy. As he and his men navigate relentless sea storms, terrifying monsters, mythical enchantresses, and the wrath of divine forces, back home in Ithaca, his wife Penelope (Anne Hathaway) and son Telemachus (Tom Holland) struggle to keep their kingdom together while fighting off a horde of aggressive suitors attempting to seize the throne.
