Plot Overview
Kate Abbott (Milla Jovovich) is a dedicated Diplomatic Security Service agent assigned to the U.S. Embassy in London. Her primary mission is to screen visa applications to prevent potential terrorists from entering the United States.
While investigating suspicious medical visa approvals, Kate uncovers an active conspiracy. Before she can report her findings, a bomb explodes at a restaurant, killing her entire team. The blast is orchestrated by Nash (Pierce Brosnan), a cold-blooded international hitman and explosives expert known as “The Watchmaker”.
Framed for the bombing and accused of treason, Kate goes on the run. Pursued across London by both British intelligence officers and Nash, she must rely on her training to clear her name while racing against time to prevent a massive terrorist attack planned for Times Square on New Year’s Eve.
